Kißlegger Kellerbräu
In our in-house family brewery, beer is still brewed according to the purity law of 1516. In a modern copper brewhouse, master brewer Patrick Eisenhöfer brews naturally cloudy beers with regional ingredients. The hops come from the organic farmer Bentele from Tettnang on Lake Constance and our malts come from Swabia. In addition to the standard beers "Goldig's", "Funzlig's" and "Kellerweizen", our brewery also offers seasonal beer specialties such as bock beer or the popular Kißlegger Festbier. Our new "Kißlegger "Helles" is filtered and bottled for us by our partner brewery. We would be happy to show you around our small brewery and explain the brewing process to you. Goldig's - Our light, naturally cloudy draft beer
Our light, naturally cloudy export "Goldig's" is our most popular beer in the range and is available all year round. We characterize it as a refreshing, bottom-fermented, golden-colored Zwickel beer, lightly hopped with the finest Tettnang aroma hops. It ferments at 9 °C and matures in our storage cellar for at least 4 weeks.
