Our own home brewery


Kißlegger Kellerbräu

In our in-house family brewery, beer is still brewed according to the purity law of 1516. In a modern copper brewhouse, master brewer Patrick Eisenhöfer brews naturally cloudy beers with regional ingredients. The hops come from the organic farmer Bentele from Tettnang on Lake Constance and our malts come from Swabia. In addition to the standard beers "Goldig's", "Funzlig's" and "Kellerweizen", our brewery also offers seasonal beer specialties such as bock beer or the popular Kißlegger Festbier. Our new "Kißlegger "Helles" is filtered and bottled for us by our partner brewery. We would be happy to show you around our small brewery and explain the brewing process to you. Goldig's - Our light, naturally cloudy draft beer

Our light, naturally cloudy export "Goldig's" is our most popular beer in the range and is available all year round. We characterize it as a refreshing, bottom-fermented, golden-colored Zwickel beer, lightly hopped with the finest Tettnang aroma hops. It ferments at 9 °C and matures in our storage cellar for at least 4 weeks.

Funzlig's - Our dark, naturally cloudy draft beer

Our dark, naturally cloudy "Funzlig's" export beer, which is available all year round, is equally popular with men and women. We characterize it as a bottom-fermented, smoother, black-brown 'Zspannel' beer, slightly stronger than our pale beer. It ferments at 9 °C and matures in our storage cellar for at least 4 weeks.

Kellerweizen - Our top-fermented yeast wheat

Our "Kellerweizen" is a top-fermented wheat beer with an excellent taste. The color of the beer is very strong and appears amber. The typical aromatic wheat beer taste is created by the top-fermenting yeast. The "Kellerweizen" ferments at 23 °C and matures for a good 2 weeks in our storage cellar.

Kisslegger Helles - Our light, filtered bottled beer

Our light, mildly drinkable lager beer "Heller Brauart" is our new bottled beer. The beer, originally brewed to mark the anniversary of the municipality of Kisslegg, is so popular that we have made it one of our standard beers without further ado. It is now only available in bottles from us all year round. We characterize it as a tasty and light, bottom-fermented gusset beer with a shiny golden colour. Lightly hopped with the finest Tettnang aroma hops. It ferments at 9 °C and matures in our storage cellar for at least 4 weeks.
